the snow has started to fall, but everything is heating up in 40Guns land. Not only did we just finish playing with Gob, and the Misfits. But we just wrapped up 2 dates with Die Mannequin. Possibly the greatest thing we've ever done, we have tightened up and lit some sort of fire under each other. Quite remarkable.

I can't say thank you enough to the all the new 40Guns fans that came out on the weekend, and set the 40Guns merch record! eeeeeek! We had an incredible show, and it was all due to you guys. You consistently amaze us!

Go buy 2 new records. Fino+Bleed from Die Mannequin and Pestilence from Raggedy Angry. THESE BANDS RULE. Great People and Amazing Musicians. We had a wicked time with them, man did we party on friday. All I have ever wanted from touring or playing with other bands is to forge new relationships and friendships and have comrades all over the world. So far, these 2 bands have set the bar for that. I feel like I have a new family in Toronto. I think Care Failure and I are going to be great friends for a long time to come. Exactly what I was hoping for, its not an easy task to be a girl in this crazy rock and roll life, and finding another lady with the same mindset is rare.. and refreshing! thank god for her. (i love you lady).

Lots of new stuff to talk about.. we're in the newest issue of BeatRoute! EEEK! SO EXCITING! Not just once... NO NO..TWICE! there is a feature...and the review from the Misfits show! woo!

Also - the amazing, beautiful and exceptionally talented AMANDA SNEDDON took some amazing photos of us, while we rocked out with Die Mannequin at SAIT. We'll have those up for your viewing pleasure soon. Be prepared to fall in love with us all over again! I don't think anyone has ever caught us in our element quite like she did. YOU ROCK AMANDA! we love you!
